Instructions to the non-residents

Natural persons/Individuals:

It is necessary to open a non-resident account in any of the commercial banks in Croatia. The needed documents are a passport as a proof that your residence is not in Croatia and your tax number in Croatia. A copy of the passport and of the non-resident bank account number should then be sent to the brokerage company which will use them to open investor's account with the CDA (Central Depository Agency) for the client. The trading procedure is not in any way different then the one for the Croatian residents.

To open a non-resident account excerpt from the Court Register and the list of authorized signatures of the company are needed.
